I recently had my brother bring up the litterboxes in a school talking point. He got angry at me for pointing out it's not real. When he insisted it was, I asked if he saw it, he didn't. I asked how he knew, he said a pastor told him. I asked if he saw it himself or had evidence, he did not. Then he told me that my telling him it wasn't something that really happened he told me that my saying that doesn't mean it didn't. So I know why people like this talk and act the way they do, their critical thinking skills are either totally absent or broken in some way. Their burden of proof is entirely upside down.
