  1. I am sick and tired of the armchair constitutional lawyers, especially since the vast majority have never read the thing! I'm in danger of being the same, but the legal definition of treason in the U.S. is: Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere. None of that is applicable to General Mark Milley.
