  1. If you wanted to make employees check in, there are myriad better options. If you're worried about bots and the like, you can have them respond with a one-time use code. This was cruel, but then again, that's the point. They genuinely believe cruelty is strength when it's the exact opposite. Our government is run by weak, petulant, small-minded, short-sighted imbeciles.
