  1. Wishful thinking that if we do start articles of impeachment that the media will not harp on about it until they're finished. Trump will be mired in it, but so will the democratic candidates. It'll be question after question about their positions on the impeachment, how do they think it'll affect the election, what do they hope to accomplish, on and on, ad nauseum. Policy discussions? Not with the fire that is impeachment consuming all the oxygen in the room.
