  1. The other thing this shows, IMO, is just how nearly functionless our congress has become. How many laws were passed in the last year? The last two? The last four? The last decade? If we'd had a government that functioned, and people were noticing how much was getting done, someone would have noticed this congresswoman was missing LONG before now.
