  1. There's a functional difference between calling out bad behavior and chasing people out of society. My problem is that it's becoming a form of angry mob justice, and angry mob justice isn't justice. It's becoming attacking individuals for wrong-think. There are degrees. A person makes a singular improper statement, a little bit of shame goes a long way. Someone who is horribly toxic and treats everyone like crap probably needs to be taken away from polite society. Problem is, both people get the same treatment. A bit like killing a man for shoplifting alongside one who committed serial murder, plus some guy who was mistakenly arrested for a crime he didn't commit. Call out the bad behavior, don't try to dole out punishment.
