  1. The explanation is simple. They live in an alternative reality; one might call it a fantasy. They genuinely believe everyone really believes what they believe and so anything they hear that's contrary is the deep state, it's chatbots, it's the Illuminati, it's Joe Biden and\or Barack Obama. Essentially, anything that helps them continue their fantasies.
