  1. Legal opinions are not laws nor are they enforceable. All this would have done is sow division and hostility. Civil war? Not likely, we're way to intermixed for a proper civil war. However, this would likely have turned the Trump cultists into terrorists and made January 6 look like a Woodstock love-in.
