If you tell someone that a person up for a job you're partially in charge of hiring said person for and then tell me you think he has a major flaw, an enormous blind spot or fundamentally wrong way of thinking that is important for that job and you then tell me you're going to hire him anyway, I start to wonder if you're the right person to be making such a decision. Seeing everything through an ideologically lens is MAGA's Achilles' heel and it's going to get us all killed.
