Note how they continuously say, "some sort of drug," instead of saying which drug or potential combination of drugs. There are no drugs that could do what they're claiming they are doing to a supposedly demented (in the clinical sense) Joe Biden. This is just the same tired propaganda based on a total fantasy they've been pushing for at least 20 years and likely longer now.
