Science is less a body of knowledge and more a methodology of determining what is true. It's not perfect, but it is self correcting, something religion and fanaticism cannot be. As to science denialists invading the classroom, if they have that right, scientists have the right to invade their religious doctrines and point out their flaws. Of course, I don't believe scientists have that right, but science denialists also have no right to dictate what is taught in a science classroom. If anything does not belong in a science classroom, it's something that isn't science.
