  1. How sad is it that our system is so completely broken that we need to find work arounds for the right thing to happen? Having a national popular vote for president would force the candidates to try to earn every possible vote, meaning they'd have to utilize a strategy of doing the most good for the most people instead of gaming the system to get the most electoral votes with the bare minimum of the people's votes.
