  1. The major difficulty with polls THIS early, is that they mean nothing, no matter how accurate and objective they are. We aren't voting until November, 4 months and change from now. God only knows who will be running then, what events will have happened by then that could bolster Trump's numbers, harm Democrats' numbers, or the inverse. It's like trying to predict how much snow we're going to get in December from August, there are just too many variables to account for to get any sort of accuracy.
