  1. ARGH! I was a gamer-gate supported, and I'm a liberal. I've only voted for democrats, and I abhor conservatism and the alt-right. So don't lump us in with those idiots. It wasn't a victimhood movement, it was a movement centered around journalistic integrity within games media and some crazy assholes flocked to it to vent their spleens. Those were the idiots that caught the attention of sensationalistic media (one of our greater gripes, BTW), and smeared the rest of us who just wanted games media to be more honest about things instead of acting like the NRA but for games manufacturers.
