  1. What strikes me as the "city bike Karen" as being actually guilty was the tears, or rather, the lack thereof. She started crying, and as soon as they weren't buying it, she stopped like someone flipped a switch. People who start crying for genuine emotional reasons can't just turn it off.

  3. They make money off your data. Shouldn't you get something for that? And no, I don't think access to Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube is enough considering how much they make and the value (how much money they actually bring in) of your data is to them.
