  1. Trump will only accept a plea deal if, and only if, he's unable to win the election. If he can delay and incite all the way up to the election and then lose, he'll be on bended knee begging for a plea deal. Anything to stay out of prison. Funnily enough, if that exact situation happens, he'll end up going on TV and bragging about how he actually won his court case.
