  1.  @sharpvidtube  Mentats from the Fallout series aren't real. No drugs increase intelligence, they at best do nothing to intelligence and at worst severely depress intelligence. If anything, he was smarter and unmotivated then took drugs that gave him pep enough to do what he could have done easily without the drugs.
