Small purchases like a single bottle of soda, bigger purchases like a week's worth of groceries, large purchases like a home appliance or a car? Ten thousand? A hundred thousand? Depends on if you make small purchases every day. I mean, ten thousand purchases a year is $400 taken out of your pocket. Oh, and it also costs more than a nickel to make a nickel, so they'll be taking 9 cents next.
