  2. People are elected to congress to represent their constituents and to solve problems the people are experiencing. The speaker of the house is appointed to set the agenda and ensure orderly function. Mike Johnson is failing on both accounts. He's inventing problems to claim to fix them and he's making the system dysfunctional.
