  1. To the people who are crying that it's going to make the people who are being pardoned look guilty in the eyes of MAGA, they already do WITHOUT the pardon. To the people saying it won't matter, MAGA will find excuses to go after the people pardoned anyway, why make it easy for them? If you take away the issues they want to go after them on, they'll have to work extra hard to come up with an excuse to persecute them, and those will look ever more contrived and ridiculous. In other words, it'll demonstrate their push for revenge isn't seeking justice. It'll make them unpopular with the rest of the people.
