  1. No special treatment, good. But, seriously, the reason for a mugshot is to preserve identifiable characteristics and use as a means of getting potential witnesses to identify a suspect. The only thing taking Trump's mugshot would accomplish is to humiliate him. Not opposed, mind you, but from a purely law enforcement standpoint, it's useless as he's probably one of the most recognizable people on planet earth.
