  1. I'd say a church's revenue should determine its tax burden. A megachurch taking in millions should be taxed. A small local church with a hundred congregates and only take in a few thousand, I'm perfectly comfortable with it not being taxed. Let's face it, a megachurch is less of a church and more of a business anyway.
