  1. About the only 100% positive means of proving one did NOT commit a sexual assault is to have an ironclad alibi for the time frame in which the assault had taken place. Say, being in front of a camera (TV or security) during the time. Any other defense may be dispositive but not wholly conclusive. Even when an accuser has his or her accusation proven faulty in some manner, that doesn't entirely absolve the accused of the crime as victim memory is unreliable at best.
