  1. Honestly, while I think the man is scum, execution would be a kinder punishment. Being brutalized and likely murdered by a fellow prisoner or guard is horrible. The anti death penalty crowd would claim it's too cruel to kill, but then relish a man being tortured, raped, and possibly murdered is showing their true lack of morals. Either he's an evil man needing to be removed from society or he's a broken man needing of being repaired. Hell, we treat rabid dogs better by killing them quickly and mercifully.
