  1. I don't understand myself how people can't separate out fact from opinion. I do understand that some news organizations have a tendency to conflate the two, as in presenting opinion as fact, but then what you should be confused on is whether or not the thing being presented is a fact or opinion, not is opinion the same as a fact or if facts can be ignored because it conflicts with your opinion.
