  2.  @danr4316  That's a profoundly stupid example. Murder is definitionally illegal. That's like saying you're making crime legal, crime is defined as breaking the law.

  3.  @danr4316  No, my criticism was your example is making crime legal. Making marijuana legal, for example, is taking something that is criminal and making it no longer criminal. Something can be decriminalized, but crime cannot. Murder, by it's definition, is killing someone in an illegal manor. If you break into my house and I shoot you dead, I'm justified, murder has not taken place. If you break into my house and kill me, that's unjustifiable and thus murder has taken place. Find a better example.
