  1. There aren't ethnic markers that we can target that would do anything to make a disease more lethal for one group or another. It's total nonsense. We're different breeds of the same species, not different species. Even if that were the case, say Homo African versus Homo Europe, it's very hard, probably impossible, to make a disease target one species or subspecies in a classification. If I made a virus to target finches hoping to kill off only a long beak finch over a short beak finch, it will end up infecting and killing both. Worse, it'll possibly jump species and get out of control. Virology as a weapon is inherently uncontrollable.
