I don't believe this was his campaign making the ad, but some right-wing extremist troll make the ad and he just put it on his feed. They've been doing this a lot lately. If someone criticizes the campaign for this, they can just deny it was them making this. This had all the same ring as the previous odd add with the Giga Chad and American Psycho in it.
