  1. One, it's terrible practice for business to cater to stockholders more than their customers or even exclusively to stockholders. It makes products or services secondary to making money instead of how they make money. Two, if this sort of lawsuit became precedent, well say goodbye to our economy because it would be constant and continuous second guessing all the way down. It's already bad enough they don't make products or perform services worth a flip anymore to chase stock prices, but if they could be sued for losing a nickel per share, they'd never do anything but. Hell, I'm almost in favor because it will absolutely hasten an anti-greed revolution.
