  1. If someone called Donald Trump mister Trump instead of President Trump, we'd never hear the end of it. President Trump would both wet his pants and rupture a vessel shouting at the offending person insisting that he be called, rightfully so, President Trump. They want respect for themselves but have none for other people not on their side, and it's goddamned disgraceful.
