  1. I'm citing the law of unintended consequences. Assuming he gets elected, assuming he gets to enact such laws or protect states that do, we're going to see a massive drop in the birth rate. Women will stop trying to get pregnant if it means have the government in her uterus alongside her fetus, if it means possibly dying because the state decides the fetus has more rights than she does. They're doing this partially for ideology and partially to improve the birth rate and, for the latter, they will fail.
