There is a fairly common fear among fathers they might become attracted to their daughters. That is a fear they MIGHT become attracted, not that they fantasize about having sex with their daughters. Any man who admits publicly they fantasize about having sex with their daughters, and saying if she wasn't your daughter you'd be dating her counts as that, is a sexual predator. I will also say, most men see their daughters are little girls even when their daughters are well into adulthood.
