If you're a Latino in this nation legally, be it a naturalized citizen, a native-born citizen, or a legal resident with a proper visa, my advice is get all your paperwork in order and keep it on you at all times. Give them no opportunity to claim you're not here legally, because they will, and they will kick you out regardless.
