The man's fiancé caught him cheating and kicked him in the groin, causing his testicles to swell, and to hide from the embarrassment, claimed the vaccine did it. I mean, it IS a friend of the cousin of Nicki Minaj, so 3 levels of telephone here, any validity is gone by now anyway.
