  1. Greed destroys everything. On top of that, it's cheaper to be a good person. Short-term gains mean nothing if you don't have long-term stability. You know what created long-term stability? Workers being paid well and treated well! They do their job, they produce, they keep the company working. Treating them poorly and paying them poorly might get you some short-term gains, but it's for nothing when THIS VERY SCENARIO starts to play out!
