  1. Term limits is one thing, but all that will do is force both sides to play even more shenanigans during the main election to ensure they have the say who gets in. Politics are ugly enough now, it'll get worse. What we need is many more justices, but a limit on how many judge a case. Say, 30 justices, only five hear a case, and none of them get a say on which cases they get, save conflicts of interest, and take the determination of what constitutes a conflict out of the hands of the justices.
