This isn't anti woman or about controlling women, though it certainly has that material effect. It's about gathering souls to their god. They don't care about those women, they don't care about those babies. If they did, they'd also be bending over backwards and forcing through legislation that enforces protections for infants and children, such as mandatory preschool\daycare or free neonatal care. It's about their religion, not about women or babies.
