We need a good mix of idealistic young people to bring new ideas, middle aged people who have some experience and translate those ideas into good law, and old people who have seen it all who can temper those laws to be stronger. We have WAY too many old people. Seeing it all is good and all, but it also breeds contempt of the way things are because they want things the way they used to be.
