Man I really get angry when I see someone in congress, usually a Republican, ask a question during a committee hearing and then proceed to not let the person answer. I'd love to be able to force the person asking the question to be totally silent until the person testifying has a chance to complete their answer.

@brucemorris3830 I mean, I get there are times you should interrupt. If I ask about train derailment and the witness starts talking about vaccines, that's at best only tangentially connected and at worst unresponsive. But I totally agree, they need to be handled similarly to a court, and courts have judges to moderate, to keep the issue of the trial on track. Even if you see the senate or house hearings as a debate, debates have moderators. Someone needs to stop some asshat from essentially testifying when they're meant to be asking questions of a witness.
