  1. I think you'll find that we generate FAR too many classified documents. Some of them are genuinely for national security, to protect the nation from outside threats. Most of them are not. Too many of them are industrial CYA (Cover Your A**) for politicians and functionaries to keep them from being embarrassed over their stupidity.
