Employers in office buildings doing clerical work and the like probably won't change. And, if they did, they'd be changing a lot, including paying their employees less due to cost of living being lowered as well as travel expenses being no longer necessary. Plus, if you see an emptying of the large cities to "lower cost of living towns," well, they'd fill up past capacity, the lower cost of living would start becoming more expensive, and you'd just end up with different large cities than the ones that are there now, and likely destroy economies within the large cities.
