A person or corporation who donates foodstuffs to a pantry or shelter that turns out to be bad are shielded in this nation by good Samaritan laws. If you donate foods that you tampered with, not so much. The thing that pissed me off was seeing a Walmart with armed police protecting a dumpster when their fridges went down and they had to throw away food. That was evil.
