  1. The energy argument is 100% weapons grade bullshit. People generally don't wander through their houses with no lights on, even when it's bright daylight. This MIGHT have made sense a century ago when power consumption was significantly less, but today it doesn't. Electrical plants don't stop making electricity or make less electricity at specific times of the day, and that power is either used or wasted. End Daylight Saving, and please stop calling it DST, it's not hip to abbreviate it, unless you WANT it to sound like a disease, then please, keep abbreviating it.
