  1. We had these kinds of laws at one point. Anti-gay hysteria ensued. They resulted in the Stonewall Riots in 1969. We have to move forward, not backward.

  2. If government can tell you what you cannot wear, they can tell you what you must wear. That is a very slippery slope to be trying to walk down.
