I can understand a father wanting to make sure his children aren't consuming something harmful (IE, stuff that's illegal or something like simulated rape), getting wrong ideas about sex or sexuality, or becoming addicted to pornography, and so monitoring what they're getting into. This isn't that at all. Really creepy.

@vanyadolly I think the idea he's trying to convey is that he doesn't consume porn and only has the app to ensure his children won't either. It's not coming across because he's a terrible communicator with a cult mentality.

As an atheist, my only real concerns with pornography are addiction and the potential for apparently innocuous imagery being produced through coercion or force. The firmer is a mental health issue, the latter is a legal one. Provided the latter isn't the case, pornography is morally neutral. Anyone proclaiming it's evil because a book produced by a desert cult that didn't understand where the sun went at night aren't people worthy of listening to.
