  1. I commented this in the last video, but aside from the specific suggestions of de-escalation training and\or social worker training, training isn't going to be any sort of solution. If you need to be trained not to beat peaceful protestors with batons or kneel on the neck of a handcuffed man for 8+ minutes, you don't need training, you need to not be in the police or in any institution with authority.
