  1. "How long have you been here?" Person answers with a number of months or years. "Okay." Seriously? You ask someone how long they've worked at a place and your response is, "okay," and then move onto the next person? No follow ups? No small talk? No HUMAN interaction? "You've been here three years? You like it here? What's your favorite part of this job?" You know, how one human being interacts with another when they have genuine interest in other people. Not like a guy following a checklist and checking it off with the word, "okay."

  3. The man is deeply uncomfortable with social interactions and trying to seem personable. Doing a terrible job of it to boot. If they were billionaires looking to give him money and power, he'd be the most personable man in the world. When it's people he wouldn't spit on if they were on fire, it's this wooden checklist punctuated with, "okay."
