This is the problem with right-wing so-called intellectuals. They LONG ago abandoned intelligence for emption. They seek to frighten and anger instead of consider their position through information and analysis. As to sexuality, the majority of it is fully in place in infancy, but it's not until specifical hormonal changes that they activate. The term gay baby is less correct, but not exclusively incorrect. It would be more accurate to say latently gay baby, as the sexuality hasn't expressed itself yet. While he's right that events in childhood can affect sexual tastes, they rarely change sexuality. The only damaging form of sexual alteration I'm aware of is that some (not all, and I'm not even sure a majority) of children that experience sexual abuse go on to become pedophiles as adults. Even then, that would really only account for a small number of child sexual abusers.
