  1. Other than finding documentation and\or a participant in a laboratory confessing, how on EARTH would you be able to discern this as a man-made virus? It's not like we put radio transmitters on viruses we "manufacture." Any forced mutation of a virus to make it do something we want it to do is going to be indistinguishable from a naturally mutated virus. This is a conspiracist theory based on innuendo not an idea based on evidence.
