  1. I have a friend of mine got a vasectomy in his 20s, and we both lived in Oklahoma (I still do, but he's in the Air Force, so he's wherever Uncle Sam tells him to be). He had two reasons. One, didn't want to be a father. Two, his wife has severe epilepsy and pregnancy is not a good idea.
